Semi-fitted top, loose-fitting through bust, has shoulder pads, low armholes, front and back tucks, and above elbow or long sleeves with tucks at cap and belt. Contrast detachable collar and bias cuffs. Flared, pleated skirt, above ankle has waistband, side pockets, pocket opening. Date 1987
